Charity concert “Let There Be Light” at Musiikkitalo

We had an honor to be a partner of the great “Let There Be Light” concert at Musiikkitalo on 6 April 2024. It raised over 40 000 euros to benefit Ukrainian music education. The concert, initiated by the Finnish-Ukrainian conductor Dalia Stasevska, was featuring 34 Ukrainian music students who have been displaced from their homes due to the Russian invasion and the Sibelius Academy Symphony Orchestra. 

President of the Republic of Finland, Alexander Stubb, and his spouse Suzanne Innes-Stubb attended the occasion. Taking the opportunity we have invited Mr. Stubb to attend our second #UkraineSeason multidisciplinary festival that will take place this autumn. The #UkraineSeason will include Ukrainian program at the Helsinki Book Fair, Ukrainian Film Days, the concert of the renowned Shchedryk children’s choir, art exhibition and the theater performance.
