November report

This November we:

Received, processed, and delivered 25 shipments of aid donated by the Finnish people to Ukraine with a total weight of 27,119 kg.

We registered 2188 visits by Ukrainian refugees to our Help Center

Hosted the Chairman of the Ukrainian World Congress Pavlo Grod and the Vice Chairman of the Ukrainian World Congress (Northern Europe) Roman Mykytenko.

Organised a series of concerts in Finland by the Ukrainian youth choir “Shchedryk.”

Organized the rally “1000 days of war.”

Honored the memory of Holodomor victims by lighting candles at Hietaniemi cemetery.

Organized the VIII Ukrainian Film Days (7–10.11) – 4 films united by the theme “Women in Wartime.”

Presented Nataliya Teramae’s book “Bohomazov 1911. Ukrainalaisen taiteilijan jäljillä Suomessa” on November 19 in Oodi Library.

Had a meeting with the DakhaBrakha band before their concert in Helsinki.

On November 26, attended DakhaBrakha’s concert within their 20th anniversary tour.

Celebrated the 5th anniversary of Plast in Finland – Ukrainian national scout organization.

Organized a meeting of the UWC President Pavlo Grod with members of the Finnish parliamentary Ukraine friendship group to discuss support for Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.

Held an election meeting.

Started selling jewelry at the Tuomaan Markkinat Christmas market.This November we:
