The Ukrainian Association in Finland has become an associate member of the Ukrainian World Congress!

“We are well aware that since its founding in 1997, the Ukrainian Association in Finland has comprehensively contributed to the preservation of Ukrainian national values, history and culture and has consistently conducted active work in support of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, in particular after the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion. Also, it is the voice of the Ukrainian community in its country of residence’, said Paul Grod, UWC President, in a greeting letter.

An associate member has a limited role with an advisory voice at UWC meetings. After one year of being an associate member, an organization can become a full member of UWC.
